Exchange/Right of withdrawal



Right of withdrawal

You are entitled to cancel your order up to 14 days upon receipt without reason given. After cancellation you will have another 14 days to return your product. We will credit the entire purchase amount inclusive of shipping costs. Shipping costs from your home to the webshop are at your account. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, you must return the product inclusive of all accessories and – if reasonably possible- in original condition and package to us. To announce your return, contact us first by e-mail (verkoop@reclycar.nl) or by telephone (+31-(0)599-613237). We will refund the purchase amount within 14 days upon your announcement.


Exchange for another article

If you would like to exchange the product for another product, please follow this procedure: Announce your return and exchange by e-mail (verkoop@reclycar.nl) or telephone (+31-(0)599-613237) to speed up the return procedure. Please mention name, invoice number and article. Attention: You must return the article undamaged, if possible in original package, inclusive of copy of the invoice. Please add an accompanying letter with reason for return and the article you wish to receive. We will send you a confirmation inclusive of track & trace code. Of course, possible price differences will be balanced. In case we owe you money, we will refund it. In case you owe us money, we will contact you.


No exchange

If you purchased a product that doesn’t meet your expectations you can return it within 14 days upon receipt. Announce your return by e-mail (verkoop@reclycar.nl) or by telephone (+31-(0)599-613237) to speed up the return procedure. Please mention name, invoice number and article. Attention: You must return the article undamaged, if possible in original package, inclusive of copy of the invoice. Please add an accompanying letter with reason for return and the article you wish to receive. As soon as we have received your package the purchase amount will be refunded. By e-mail you will be informed about the status of your return. Attention: The shipping costs from your home to the webshop are at your account. N.B. Complaints



In case of complaints, please send an email to: verkoop@reclycar.nl. If the problem can’t be solved, you can file a complaint for mediation by ‘Stichting WebwinkelKeur’. As from 15th February 2016 consumers can file also file a complaint through the ODR platform of the European Commission. S. http://ec.europa.eu/odr

Shipment & delivery time



Your order will be shipped the same day, well-packaged. Most packages are shipped by PostNL and Koopman Transmission; it depends on size and weight of the shipment.


Service

We can deliver the package either to your home address (invoice address) or to any other desired address. It means we can deliver your order to your work, friends or family.

Reclycar will forward a track & trace code, allowing you to follow your shipment to your front door.


Not in stock

In case a particular article is not in stock, we will inform you about the expected delivery time.


Shipping costs (incl.21% VAT)

Shipping costs are determined by the products in your shopping cart. Each product involves shipping costs, you will pay the highest shipping costs. Recylcar.com doesn’t add the amounts.

For example:

Category 1 - € 30,00 for drive shafts, headlights etc.
Category 2 - € 30,00 for exhaust parts, turbo’s, shock absorbers etc.
Category 3 - € 50,00 for intermediate shafts, towing hooks, wheel arches etc.
Category 4 - € 75,00 for cylinder heads, tanks, tyres + rims etc.
Category 5 - € 70,00 for side compartments, screens, chairs etc.
Category 6 - € 75,00 for full exhausts, sofas
Category 7 - € 150,00 for gearboxes, doors, dashboards etc.
Category 8 - € 175,00 for bonnets, hatchbacks, windows
Category 9 - € 200,00 for engines, exchange old engine and gearboxes
Category 10 - € 30,00 other parts
